PERFECTFLOW series is a tunnel type full sealing nitrogen filled wave soldering system. lt adopts the world's first sealing solution for welding zone and the innovative segmented conveying solution,which perfectly meets the requirements of flexible welding process angle and enlarges the bottom space of boards, which solves the jamming, inconvenience in operation and maintenance problems of segmented conveyor in common wave soldering machine. It can extremely play the application effect of the nitrogen protection process of wave soldering, and greatly improve the performance of tunnel type wave soldering equipment and welding process quality.

Conveyor system: adopts the segmented floating structure to effectively prevent the deformation of guide rail; innovative segmented conveying system, smoother conveying; the space of the bottom side of the board can be flexibly configured.
Preheating system: adopts the drawer type module energy-saving design, infrared and hot air convection heating can be combined as required, PID temperature control mode, with infrared heat compensation between the preheating zones and solde ring unit which effectively reduce temperature loss.
Soldering system: The solder pot is heated by external heat, the inner liner of the solder pot is made of cast iron, and treated with anti-corrosion; the solder pot is sealed with special elastic material and equipped with electric mode solder pot, which can be lifted, moved up and down freely.
Nitrogen filled system: the world's first sealing solution for welding zone,Flexible welding process angle; equipped with axygen separator for monitoring the remaining oxygen
PC+PLC control system:Windows 10 operation system, Chinese/English operation interface, process profile/data automatic storage function, over or under level of flux liguid alarm, low tin level alarm.
