Unisplendour Suneast will show the SMT reflow oven IPC-808A and the automatic screen printer SL120 in Russia ExpoElectronica. It is reported that based on the Genesis 8 series design, IPC-808A adopts the advanced production process control, with IPC-985X as the inspection criterion, fully meet the temperature profile requirements of IPC-7530 (temperature profile guiding principle of reflow oven) and IPC/JEDECJ-STD-020C (humidity and reflow sensitivity classification of the SMT components of the plastic coating integrated circuits), which greatly provide the powerful equipment and processing assurance of production processing. The equipment runs stably, the assembly is convenient and with low maintenance cost.
SL120, a printing machine especially developed for the semiconductor field, has the perfect solution for printing large size products, and self-developed image processing software. It is easy to adjust and maintain. The linear motor driving and the power transfer are directly working on the platform which achieves ultrafine accuracy. An unlimited image recognition technique is used to identify the mark points in different shapes.
