SUNFLOW 3 adopts the independent R&D electromagnetic pump which is easy to operate and maintenance, it makes the wave more stable and with good wave uniformity, and the wave height is easier to control; the spray nozzle adopts the imported special material with long service life which is up to 6 months, 2.5 times as much as the same trade. The spray nozzle has auto cleaning function to prevent flux blockage.
The reflow oven SER 706A adopts special width adjustment and conveyor structure design, ensure stable and reliable PCB conveying, and equips with emergent manual conveying structure to prevent PCB burnt because of power outages; guarantee the heat absorption difference between big or small size components is minimum, Suneast reflow oven can save 2KWH per hour than the peers which achieves low consumption and low cost production.
The screen printer SL120 is developed for the semiconductor products and the perfect solution for the printing of large-size products. The calibration and maintenance of the self-developed image processing software is simple and fast. It adopts the linear motor for driving, the power transmission directly works on the platform and realizes the ultra-fine precision; the unlimited image recognition technology can identify the mark points with different shapes.
