Bao’an Daily Interview: Unisplendour Suneast’s response to the national “the Belt and Road Initiatives” economic development strategy

In recent years, Unisplendour Suneast Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. keep on improving the product technology and service quality, increasing the domestic market share of products, following the national “ the Belt and Road Initiatives” strategy, developing overseas market, and it has been the leading enterprise in the industry. Recently, the journalist of Bao’an Daily interviewed the General Manager of Unisplendour Suneast Xiaoxin Lin who introduced the business layout in intelligent manufacture industry of the company.

The first domestic electromagnetic wave selective wave soldering

Unisplendour Suneast promoted the selective soldering system SUNFLOW 3 which won the fourth section Industrial Design Red Sail Award in 2017 Shenzhen International Intelligent Equipment Industry Fair, and the new product dual-pump selective soldering system SUNFLOW DS in NEPCON South China 2017.

        The electromagnetic pump selective soldering system which is independent R&D by Unisplendour Suneast is the first one in the domestic market, which consists of multiple techniques intelligent vision, high temp control, precision detection and so on. The main features of the electromagnetic pump selective soldering system are stable wave, long service life of nozzle (which is in the leading position in the world and the service life is up to 6 months), real-time on-line wave detection and few tin slag. As introduced by General Manager Mr. Xiaoxin Lin, the traditional wave soldering machine forms the wave through motor driving the impeller, however, our selective soldering machine use the magnetic force of the electromagnetic field to push up the wave. Without nitrogen protection, this system did the welding operation for three days during 2017 Shenzhen International Intelligent Equipment Industry Fair, which is unique in the same domestic and foreign industry.

Industry strategy layout 4.0

Unisplendour Suneast spent several years to do basic research and development of SUNFLOW3. In 2015, this machine started selling and entering into the market. Unisplendour Suneast continued and enhanced the R&D and promotion efforts, “At present, the customer response of this product is very good, and it is also the flagship product of our company's.” said the General Manager, Mr. Xiaoxin Lin. Except the selective soldering system SUNFLOW3 and SUNFLOW DS, Unisplendour Suneast promoted the other new product in NEPCON South China 2017, the vertical reflow oven SVR-300. The vertical reflow oven changed the traditional parallel oven to be vertical design. The traditional reflow oven required long heating zone and large occupied space; with reverse thinking, Unisplendour Suneast changed the parallel design into vertical design, the new reflow ovens not only saved the building space, but also greatly enhance the work efficiency.

Not only in equipment, Unisplendour Suneast also had a great breakthrough in system R&D

At the end of July 2017, in the intelligent equipment exhibition, Unisplendour Suneast exhibited full set of SMT (surface mounting technology) and welding equipment, including full automatic PCB loader, screen printer, solder paste inspection instrument, chip mounter, reflow oven, dispenser, unloader and other related equipments, through BIMS intelligent manufacture management system that was researched and developed by Unisplendour Suneast, which can be monitored through the smart phone to check the parameters of each machine and control the operation, on and off of the machines. The General Manager, Mr. Xiaoxin Lin said:” most of the company boss go business trip, they cannot see the running status of each machine on the workshop site before, however, with this system, and the boss can also work on the move. At the same time, for the technicians, they can also do remote monitoring for each machine now.” 

The corporate vision of Unisplendour Suneast is to build a world-class intelligent equipment enterprise, therefore, it searches for automation solutions, intelligent equipment, etc. in-depth, to help customers achieve maximum product value. At present, the customers of Unisplendour Suneast mainly comes from the mobile phone industry, security industry, automotive electronics industry etc..

For further matching with industry 4.0, Unisplendour Suneast began to adopt the independent R&D intelligent office information platform system inside the company in March 2015, including daily administration, finance, attendance checking, business trip, reimbursement, customer management, order management, production management of engineering drawings, purchase order management and other work. For example, the supplier can log on our system and confirm the receipt directly, in the past the purchase order needed to be manually signed and faxed to the supplier." General manager Xiaoxin Lin said. The application of this system has greatly improved the work efficiency, and realized the large data analysis. It has the relevant mobile phone APP, you can log on it in the phone to complete the operation. Reducing labor and improving efficiency has become the main objective of the enterprise's daily work.

When the reporter mentioned some mainstream brands of such equipement abroad, the General Manager Xiaoxin Lin said with a confident smile, "At present, our products are neck and neck with some big foreign brand in quality and we have our unique advantages. Mainly, one is low cost, under the same circumstances the price of our selective soldering is only 1/2 of them; the other is our good service, we promise to response for any problems during machine operation within two hours, service on site within 24 hours."

In response to the national " the Belt and Road Initiatives” economic development strategy, actively arrange the foreign markets layout, Unisplendour Suneast participated the exhibition in Russia in April, in the exhibition in Germany in May, and will also participate more and more foreign exhibitions.
